isn't 27 the price for 1 bulb?
These ARE nice though. I have them on my car now[9006's], and they did help a bit although my nasty old style yellowing plastic headlight housings are blocking a lot of the light... it's still clearly better than normal halogens.
I got them from a dealer on ebay called SUV Concepts. I forget how much but it was under 50 for a pair, plus a 10 dollar rebate[although I still havent recieved it so who knows..]
Only problem with those guys is that shipping took 3-4 weeks which really bugged me. Had a hard time contacting them and when I put a little nastiness into my 3rd email they emailed me back and said I never emailed them. So aside from the attitude I'd say the service was alright since the price was right..
