I cleaned the surfaces and reinstalled everything and it still won't make any boost beyond 9 sometimes 10 psi. First gear the car makes a ridiculous 5 Psi.

I'm running a boost leak checker this weekend with somemore umph as the bike pump wasn't enough to generate the psi I needed to hear where it's leaking at. If I can't find this thing I'm gonna blow it to the moon then DCX can give me a new one. What a PITA.

you sure the lines in solenoid #2 (boost control solenoid) ain't on backwards?
